Our service is a unique "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) platform. This means you subscribe to our software platform to access our 100+ tools, but you provide your own personal API keys from third-party AI providers OpenAI to power those tools.

3. Our "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) Model & Your Data

This is the most important part of our policy. It explains how your data is handled in our unique BYOK system.

a) Your API Keys:

Security: Your third-party API keys are your private property. We treat them as highly sensitive information. All API keys you provide are stored using strong AES-256 encryption at rest.
Usage: Your API keys are *only* used to process *your* requests with the respective third-party provider. They are never shared with any other user or third party.
Control: You have full control to add, edit, or delete your API keys from your dashboard at any time.

b) Your Prompts and Generated Content:

We Do Not Store Your Content: AIWritingPlus acts as a "pass-through" or "conduit." We do *not* permanently store the prompts you enter or the content (text, images, code) you generate. Your prompt is sent to the third-party provider, their response is sent back to you, and it is not saved in our database.
We Do Not Train Models: We will NEVER use your prompts, your API keys, or your generated content to train our own AI models or any third-party AI models.

c) Third-Party API Providers OpenAI :

When you use our service, your prompts are sent (along with your API key) to the third-party provider you have selected (e.g., OpenAI).
Your data is then subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of *that specific provider*. For example, if you use OpenAI, your data is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the data processing or privacy practices of these third-party API providers. We strongly encourage you to review their privacy policies.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All data, including your API keys, is encrypted both in transit (using SSL) and at rest (using AES-256). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
